Suggested First Aid Kit for Junior Soccer coaches/managers

A basic First Aid kit should have:

1 pr Disposal surgical gloves
1 Triangular Bandage
1 Large and 1 small crepe bandage
Savlon or Betadine (antiseptic ointment)
1 box Fabric sticking plasters
15mm rigid tape
Scissors
Ice pack or ice (with a plastic bag to put it into)
4 safety pins

Rolls of electrical tape (for nets)

List of parents contact numbers (for emergencies)
List of players allergies or potential problems


A fuller First Aid kit should comprise:
