Welcome to Western Springs!
There are two simple ways to register with us: online (our prefered way) or in person at our Seddon Fields Club Rooms on 24th February from 4 to 6 pm. (To find out where Seddon Fields is click on Seddon Fields in the navigation bar on the left of this page).
To register online just click the green "Register" button on the right of this page to get started. A parent or caregiver needs to register first so that we can easily keep you informed about club activities. If you don't register as a family in this way you will not receive the club's family discount. Note: Family and Earlybird Discounts have closed for this season.
There's no fee to register as a parent, and once you've registered you can then enrol as many children as you like by going to the "My Details" page. (This button appears on the right of the page once you've logged in to our site).
Once on the "My Details" page click on the green "Go" button next to where it says "Register children". You'll need to register each child separately, and if you want to coach or manage your child's team don't forget to check these boxes on the second page for the child you wish to coach or manage. As part of our registration process we also capture health information and any team preferences you may have. Make sure you enter the right date of birth for each player as this information is used to place players in the right grades.
If you also wish to play as an adult player, then do check the box next to "I wish to register myself as a player" on your own registration form. If you're just registering your children then make sure you leave this box blank. If you do check it you'll register with the club as a senior player and be charged fees for this as well!
Once you've registered everyone, then your fees can also be paid online via credit card. Just click the "Go" button next to pay fees on the bottom of your "My Details" page. Once your payment has been processed you will be automatically emailed a receipt to the email address you registered with.
If you don't pay your fees online then a cheque must be sent to Kim Roberts, The Enrolment Coordinator, 5A Kowhatu Road, One Tree Hill, Auckland. Make sure you include the names of the players the fees cover and also your telephone number and email address so we can contact you with any queries.
Finally, if you want to correct or change any contact details for any player then just login, go to your 'My Details" page and click on the green "Edit" button next to the person whose details you want to change.
