General

The Western Springs Association Football Club (WSAFC) Website is a service provided by Western Springs Association Football Club for the following purposes:
a) as a resource for Members,
b) as an administration tool for WSAFC.

By accessing or otherwise using the WSAFC Website you agree to be bound by these conditions of use and you acknowledge that WSAFC provides the WSAFC Website to you on these conditions of use. WSAFC is entitled at its sole discretion to change, modify, amend, add or remove any part of these conditions of use and to change, amend or delete any features of the WSAFC Website at any time without notice. Your continued use of the WSAFC Website after this time constitutes an agreement by you to abide by and be bound by these conditions of use, as so amended.

Browser compliance

The WSAFC website is designed to operate on standard browser types. Specifically this website is optimised for:

• XHTML 1.0 Transitional compliant browsers (current versions of Internet Explorer, Mozilla for example)
• The WSAFC experience will be optimised for these browsers but genuine attempts will be made to allow a usable degraded experience for browsers below this standard. However we cannot guarantee that it will be possible to access WSAFC if other browsers below these standards are used.

Intellectual Property Protection

WSAFC owns all intellectual property in the WSAFC Website, unless indicated otherwise. Subject to these conditions of use, WSAFC grants to you a non-exclusive and non transferable limited licence to do the following:

• View and download information directly accessible through the WSAFC Website.
• Use information directly accessible through the WSAFC Website.

You agree that, subject to your use of the WSAFC Website in accordance with the limited licence granted to you, you will not infringe WSAFC's intellectual property in the WSAFC Website and will not modify, copy, republish, frame, distribute or communicate any part of the WSAFC Website or any information contained therein or otherwise use them in a way which will infringe WSAFC's intellectual property or other property rights.

Choice of Law and Use of WSAFC Website

No agency

No agency, partnership, joint venture, employee-employer or franchisor-franchisee relationship is intended or created between you and WSAFC by these terms of use.

Application

The references to "WSAFC", "we", "us" and "our" are references to Western Springs Association Football Club and authorised agents.
